It was a most enlightening meeting. Unfortunately, a lot of the information that he passed across was confidential and I am unable to pass it on. I sincerely apologise for this and wish it wasn't so. However, what did happen was that a lot of the things that have gone on in the past all had reasonable explanations and made me understand why things had happened. Jeremy is part of the Senior Management team and has input right across the board on products, ingredients, international registration, the lot. What I can tell you is that his visit to Australia entailed him bringing products across to have them registered with the TGA. Hopefully he will be successful and we will see some progress of products into Australia within a few months. He advised that United Arab Emirates was now opened and that it has currently about 100 distributors. Hopefully we should see the toothpaste in the not too distant future. They had a hiccup with the tubing but I believe this has now been resolved. The message that I would like to pass to you all is please do not lose heart. It has been an uphill battle for SISEL to achieve what they have to this point. We have to stop and remember that this is a new company. It has new employees. New manufacturing plants. New procedures. With all of these "new" things there are bound to be mistakes, things overlooked, etc. There have been changes of staff in some departments and this too has caused complications. Not all the new staff were aware of what had gone on before them and things slipped through the cracks, the things like expiry dates about to expire and the next batch not there to replace them. Simple little things! But things that can throw spanners in the works! In time things will settle down and the company will run like clockwork and we will all look back and wonder what the fuss was all about. The great thing about SISEL is that same "problem" - everything is so new! We have the opportunity to create our own distributor culture, make our own tools and we and the company are free from accumulated years of baggage, politics and in-fighting. This allows SISEL to have a seamless global downline and compensation plan. Like Louise Anderson told us many months ago: "Australians - you have a wonderful opportunity to build your business so that when Australia becomes active you have a tremendous down line which may even help you achieve five star executive." May I suggest that we all take Louise's advice and instead of worrying when SISEL will open in Australia that we just keep working towards what is inevitable - the opening of Australia. What I can share with you is that there are exciting times in front of us all, magical products for us to use, endless opportunities and Tom Snr being back among us. I believe the date to be around 10 July. For many of you Tom Snr is the reason that we have gone down this avenue and I know that we will not be disappointed. I would like to wish each and everyone one of you total success and that you each achieve your goals and dreams. I personally know that I am on my "pathway to wealth"! On a lighter note: Many of you are aware of what happened in Japan with Neways, i.e. that the Neways distributors were not to sign up new people for three months, nor were they to receive bonus cheques. They could order but that is all. They were also to return all their materials like fact sheets, DVDs, CDs etc to Neways for handing in to the authorities. Apparently one of the media decided to infiltrate the Neways meetings and they interviewed some of the Neways distributors. It has been recorded that the distributors have ignored the authorities' orders, quite openly and have said they have not complied. The news media then aired this on TV. I believe that it is in a YouTube format in Japanese somewhere. I don't know what the ramifications of this will be. What we should take from this is that we also need to be careful and compliant about what we say and do in SISEL - OTHERS ARE WATCHING. While it is a great and exciting opportunity for us to be able to create our own distributor culture and marketing tools, we also need to ensure that we are not doing anything that will cause problems for ourselves or SISEL. A good rule to follow is to have your upline review any new materials you are using or sending to downline and people reviewing SISEL. SISEL is happy to have all of us anxiously engaged in promoting SISEL and the SISEL products so long as we are complying with both SISEL and country-based regulations. SISEL has already done some amazing things in the MLM industry. Not only are they open in 4 countries but we have over 25 products with probably as many in various stages of production. And we are a company that is less than 2 YEARS OLD. That just isn't done. But SISEL is DOING IT.
