** SISEL News "Bytes" **

- SISEL is working on a SPF 30 sun block that. It will not be available in the USA initially, probably Japan at first, then other markets as approved.

- SISEL will start tubing toothpaste next week. It should be available for purchase in the next week or two.

- The high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) has been taken out of all products. I'm not sure if there are still some products in the warehouse that contain it, but new product runs will not contain it.

- SISEL is working on opening in Slovakia to gain a foothold in Europe and be ready to move into Russia.

** Question: Can I Buy Product From Another SISEL Distributor? **

Answer: Absolutely!

As a SISEL Distributor you are able to resell SISEL product (where allowed - be aware of NFR - Not For Retail/Resell - restrictions) to anyone you can.

Also you are able to purchase product from anyone who is selling SISEL product including other distributors.

This can be useful if you have several distributors near you and you would like to exchange product or sell different products to each other.

It is also a good idea to have extra product on hand to provide as samples as well as to give a new distributor while they wait for their first order. Having extra product on hand allows you to loan them a bottle or two and then have them replace those products when they receive their first order.

It's a great way to keep your new business partner excited and focused on their new SISEL business and learning about and experiencing the awesome SISEL products.

** What Do You Focus On? **

Have you ever noticed how people focus on different things? We can each look a the same thing or situation and see something entirely different.

You may have seen the picture of 5 blindfolded people who are feeling different parts of an elephant. The person holding the tail, thinks it is a rope. The person feeling the leg thinks it is like a tree.

Not only does this example show that we may not see the entire situation from the small part we have personal experience with, but it also shows how different people can focus on different things and have a completely different experience or opinion.

You may also have noticed this in your SISEL business. You may have some business partners who are 100% excited about SISEL and are out there spreading the word, talking to people left and right and do a happy-dance every time their order arrives.

For them there is no stopping, no slowing down and no reason to sit still.

But you may also see some other people who focus not on what we have, but on what they feel is "missing." Although SISEL is still technically in a pre-launch state in every country, a few people see what we currently lack and use this as a reason to stop, stand still and even walk away.

What a wasted opportunity!

But looking at the difference between these two types of people you can clearly see that one is focused on what is there, what we have, and the great opportunity SISEL represents RIGHT NOW!

The other type of person is focused on what is NOT here right now. You may hear laments from this person about the lack of X tool or Y product. "Oh, if only SISEL had X. Then I could really build my business. Then I could talk to so-and-so. But SISEL doesn't right now. Call me later when they do, OK?"

No-K. Sorry, I wish you could come with us NOW, but we are moving on, moving forward, moving up - and we are doing it with what we have right now. Because if we can succeed with what we have now, everything we get in the future will only boost our success.

So, let's focus on what we can do NOW with what we have NOW. And as we enjoy the success of NOW, we will be even happier with the future tools, products, programs, rewards, events and everything else that comes along. When these things do arrive we will be taking advantage of them in STRENGTH - not just in getting started.
