** International News! **

Some good news for Australia was announced on the call last week. Dr Naylor reported that SISEL is applying for the ABN number to do business in Australia and is also well on the way in the process of product registration for the first set of NFR products. Those will most likely be products in the Skin Care, Hair Care, and Anti-wrinkle categories.

More good news from Darick Mower. Darick announced that SISEL is in the early stages of negotiations for warehouse space in Europe. We are not sure whether it will be a single central warehouse or several regional warehouses. But Darick said that as business in each country grows SISEL will establish offices and local warehouses in each country. This will help keep the shipping costs down for SISEL distributors. So the more we build the less expensive the products will be. And as SISEL has done before in the USA, some of those savings get passed directly to us, the distributors.

** The Magic of Building by Threes **

In a recent interview with Darick Mower, Darick reviewed the concept of the "Power of Three" and how it applies to us as we build our downlines.

Not only does the Power of Three apply to the great Mower team (Tom Sr., Tom Jr. & Darick), the first three amazing SISEL products (FuCoyDon, SprectraAO & SupreMaxx), and the three super "Early Money" components of the SISEL compensation plan (Retail Bonus, Fast Start Bonus, Leadership Development Bonus), but you can also use the Power of Three in the way you structure and build your SISEL business.

Darick (and Tom Sr.) highly recommend that you apply the Power of Three by first concentrating on enrolling then helping three people on your first level build their businesses.

Many new distributors examine the SISEL compensation plan and see that to achieve 5 Star Executive status they need to have 9 Executive legs. So they focus on sponsoring and trying to help 9 or more people in their first level.

Have you ever tried to do 9 things at the same time? Have you been able to do them all equally well? Or have some received more attention than others?

That's exactly the way it is with trying to sponsor too many people into your first level too early in your business. Using the Power of Three we would sponsor and focus our efforts on three people on our first level and help them to get their SISEL businesses going strong.

Then AFTER our first three leaders have developed strong, deep downlines, we can focus on our width. Again not adding lots of people to our first level, but taking on another three who we train, develop and support as we did the first three. Once these three are strong and deep we take on another three and so forth.

Using the Power of Three we can build both deep and wide downlines that are strong and provide both a reliable and amazing amount of income.
