** Fast Start Your Way To Fast Success **

One of the most common problems new distributors struggle with in any network marketing company is showing a return on their efforts. This is often due to one of two problems; a high entry price or low initial commissions.

Distributors in companies that require a start up fee or initial purchase of several hundreds even thousands of dollars find it a very hard "sell" even when extolling the virtues of the network marketing business structure.

Distributors in companies that pay out very little up front find that their efforts are not well rewarded.

The opposite of these situations would be to have a low initial or qualifying purchase and pay very well right up front. SISEL's compensation plan has incorporated both of these concepts.

To participate in the SISEL compensation plan you need only purchase 100PV of product - roughly equivalent to US$100. And as you enroll new distributors you are rewarded with a Fast Start Bonus - a higher initial percentage of commissions on their first 2 months of purchases.

And this Fast Start Bonus commission is paid to you both for the people you enroll and for those you help your first level enroll. You are immediately incentivised to help your downline begin their businesses - and well rewarded for your efforts.

Not only is the Fast Start Bonus very generous to you as you start, but it also pays you MORE as you grow your business and begin to order more product.

There are three purchase levels in SISEL: 100PV = Silver, 200PV = Gold, and 300+PV = Platinum.

The Fast Start Bonus commission is paid based on the Wholesale Volume portion of each order. Each order is made up of both Retail Volume and Wholesale Volume. The Retail Volume is usually between 25-30% of the total PV. The remainder is Wholesale Volume. (FYI: Wholesale Volume is capped at 100PV per person per month, the extra volume goes toward the Executive Bonus volume.)

Here's how the Fast Start Bonus commission is paid out:

Purchase Level: Silver - Gold - Platinum
Downline Level 1: 15% - 20% - 25%
Downline Level 2: 20% - 25% - 25%

If you purchase 100PV of product you are at the Silver purchase level, you will receive a 15% Fast Start Bonus on the Wholesale Volume (70-75% of the PV) of your new distributors first 2 months of purchases.

If you help that new distributor enroll their own new distributor, you will receive a 20% Fast Start Bonus on their new person. Platinum purchase level distributors receive a full 25% of the Wholesale Volume on orders from both their first and second level distributors.

Let's run through a first month example. For simplicity we will use a round 100PV purchase for each person and assume that the Retail/Wholesale split is 25/75%.

Thus from a 100PV purchase, 25PV goes toward your Retail Bonus commission and 75PV goes toward your Fast Start Bonus commission for the new distributor's first 2 months (thereafter it goes toward your Leadership Development Bonus commission).

Let's say you enroll 3 new distributors who each purchase 100PV of product as their first order. Of those orders you will earn about 5% commissions from the Retail Bonus (20% of 25PV): 5PV x 3 = $15.

Next as your Fast Start Bonus commission you will earn 15% of the 75PV (11.25PV) in Wholesale Volume: 11.25PV x 3 = $33.75, for a total of $48.75.

And let's say you also help each of those excited distributors enroll JUST ONE person in their downlines (your 2nd level). Since each of these people follow your example they also purchase 100PV of product. This generates about $16.25 for each of your 3 first level people (16.25% commission on just one person!) and generates more Retail and Fast Start commissions for you.

For the 3 new people on your 2nd level you would receive more Retail Bonus commissions: 5PV x 3 = $15. Plus you would receive a Fast Start Bonus commission of 20% of the 75PV (15PV) in Wholesale Volume: 15PV * 3 = $45 for a total of $60 from your 2nd level of distributors.

Altogether in your first month you earned $48.75 on your first level and $60 on your second level for a total of $108.75 - MORE than what YOUR order cost. In your FIRST month your product purchase was entirely paid for just by enrolling three people and helping each of them to enroll just ONE person.

Let's go a bit further and say you help each of your 3 first level people enroll 2 more into their downlines. Those 6 new distributors will add $120 to your second level income. Your total 2nd month income would be $228.75 over DOUBLE the cost of your 100PV of product!
