Rather than outsourcing the manufacturing - as many companies now do - SISEL has invested hundreds of millions of dollars into a new, modern, ultra-high-tech manufacturing facility. SISEL will control nearly every facet of the product manufacturing process from raw materials testing through packaging for shipment.

Those who know Tom Mower, know that to him the PRODUCT is everything. He will NOT sacrifice the quality of his products to save a few cents on manufacturing. Never again will he have to rely on some other company to ensure the quality of the SISEL products.

Unlimited Capacity

SISEL’s phenomenal, world-class manufacturing plant has a HUGE capacity to manufacture the highest quality products in a facility large enough to match worldwide demand and sustain tremendous growth. Over 160,000 square feet of cutting-edge technology enables this plant to manufacture an unlimited variety of products. And this vast space will expand even more with the final phase of construction bringing total area to a half-million square feet!

At this very moment, SISEL’s facility is among the top three manufacturing plants in the United States and when the final phase is completed, the grandeur of this plant will rival any in the world!

GMP Certified

The facility is spotlessly clean earning Good Manufacturing Practices Certification (GMPC). The air is HEPA filtered and water used in the manufacturing process goes through a reverse osmosis process. Epoxy-coated walls are one of the features that make this plant certified for Aseptic Packaging as well.

There is more than $40 million worth of the latest, state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment in SISEL’s completely automated operation. Each step in production is operated by touch on a computer screen, lessening the possibility of human error.

Gleaming stainless steel storage tanks hold raw ingredients before they are transferred to blending and formulating stations. Automated “tunnels” cool down beverages coming from flash pasteurization while other tunnels create heat to shrink-wrap labels on the products.

From the beginning of manufacture to completion with innovative machinery that loads the finished product on pallets ready for distribution—this manufacturing complex does it all!

Extensive Packaging Capability

You would expect the manufacturing of nutritional supplements at SISEL's new plant. But that's just the beginning! SISEL can now produce elixirs and beverages. Tablets, capsules and powders are also rolling down production lines. And gels, lotions, shampoos, even chewing gum, can be produced.

Possibly the greatest benefit of this huge facility is its ability to keep products flowing uninterrupted to you, the distributor. Particularly important is avoiding the words every customer hates to hear: back-ordered!

Other companies do not manufacture their own products. Not only does this mean difficulty in keeping sufficient stock for distributor sales, but also in maintaining strict quality control.

SISEL not only has boundless manufacturing capability, but it has a massive warehouse with eight, large semi-truck bays adjacent to a railroad siding. SISEL's world-class manufacturing plant will produce and keep in stock the products you use and sell!

An on-site laboratory is home to SISEL's Research and Development department where the Mower Dream Team of scientists, chemists and microbiologists work their magic. This is where a veritable fountain of innovative products will flow forth to world acclaim.

This brain trust is designing unique products the likes of which have never been seen before! SISEL's scientists are charged with the Mower Mission of creating patented, proprietary products that reach unprecedented levels of effectiveness.
